Installing ROS Noetic on Windows 11 using VirtualBox and Ubuntu Mate 20.04
Step 1:
Install VirtualBox from here: https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
Stel 2:
Install ubuntu mate 20.04 from here: https://releases.ubuntu-mate.org/20.04/amd64/
Step 3:
in the VirtualBox, Create new virtual machine, name it then in the “ISO image” field select the ubuntu mate you have downloaded then click “next”
Step 4:
Set up your account password and username, then click “next”

Step 5:
Set up the amount of RAM & virtual CPU count

Then you’ll see the summary of the configuration you set for the new virtual machine, click “finish”

Step 6:
To download ROS noetic, open your linux terminal window and follow the stepts on the https://wiki.ros.org/noetic/Installation/Ubuntu
